Our A.W. Green Shield team is the traditional pathway for talented young cricketers to join the Club’s playing ranks.
As the strongest Under 16 competition in Australia, the A.W. Green Shield competition is a launching pad in higher level youth cricket and NSW Premier Cricket.
In preparation for the 2021/22 competition, the Gordon District Cricket Club which was founded in 1905 have held selection trials as follows:
- Thursday 4 March
- Wednesday 10 March
- Thursday 11 March
The trials were at Blacktown International Sports Park Indoor Centre from 7.00-9.00pm, with all players to be present at 6.45pm.
A final trial for the short-listed players will be held on Sunday 14 March.
You will only need to attend 1 of the trials and we will notify you of which date to attend after you register.
