Registrations are now open for the 2023-24 Season.

Everybody who wishes to play for Gordon Cricket Club must register with PlayHQ. All players in (male) Premier Cricket 1st Grade to 5th Grade, Metropolitan Cup, Poidevin-Gray and Green Shield should register using the button below.

NOTE: Junior and Women’s Club players do NOT register here.

Returning players should use the same login credentials that they created last year to register. New players to this registration process should “Create a PlayHQ Account”.

Complete/Check your Participant Details and click “Save and Continue” to the “Fees” page. The National Registration Fee ($22.50 for Senior players) must be paid by everyone.

In the middle of the Club Player Registration Fee line is a “Please Select” drop-down. Select:

  • “Grade Senior Player” if you are not a Secondary or Tertiary Student
  • “Grade Student” if you are a Secondary or Tertiary Student
  • “AW Green Shield” for players in the Green Shield Squad who are also NOT full-time grade players. (Full-time Grade players who are also in Green Shield only need to pay the “Grade Student” registration fee)
  • “Grade Casual” is for players who are provided with gear but who, for any reason, can expect to only play a few games during the season.

The Sub-Total” owed by the player for the season is displayed on the screen. Put a tick in the box to acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Australian Cricket Privacy Policy, the Collection Statement and the following terms and conditions outlined by Cricket Australia, my club and affiliated associations and click “Continue.”

On the final Payment and Summary Page, everything is fairly self-explanatory except in the “Vouchers” area.

The Club would prefer that all players pay 100% of their subscriptions up-front at the time of registration. However, we understand that some players may prefer to “stagger” payments over a period of time and we have set up a couple of schemes for “Grade Senior Players” and “Grade Student” players only. (“AW Green Shield” and “Grade Casual” players are required to pay the full fee at the time of registration). “Grade Senior Players” and “Grade Student” players may elect to pay either 50% or 25% of their player subscriptions at the time of registration and the balance directly into the Club’s bank account in regular “drops” before 30th. The appropriate “Voucher Codes” that need to be entered on the Payment and Summary page of the registration process are as follows:

  • Pay 50% of Grade Senior Players fee – 2D33977E
  • Pay 25% of Grade Senior Players fee – 2E1F1B78
  • Pay 50% of Grade Student fee – 8EFFE71D
  • Pay 25% of Grade Student fee – 1DCC3215

Should you elect to pay using one of the above options, the balance of your subscriptions must be “drop-fed” in regular instalments into the Club’s Bank Account (BSB: 032-090 Acc: 411845) with your name and the word “subs” in the Reference field.
