Congratulations to Toby Robinson and Cooper Pullen on their outstanding success at the Australian U17 Championships, just completed in Launceston. Toby was a member of the victorious NSW Metro team, beating Queensland in the final, while Cooper’s NSW Country team finished fourth.
Toby scored 183 runs to average 91.5 and his only dismissals were by runout. He can consider himself unlucky not to be selected in the ‘Merit Team of the Championships.’
Great news though for Cooper who was the second leading wicket taker at the Championships with 12 wickets at 10.92 and most deservedly was chosen in the ‘Merit Team.’
