The Country Pathway Program

The club has a well established program for talented young players from all over country NSW. Two outstanding Under 16 players are selected each season to represent the club in the Green Shield Competition, complementing the metropolitan-based players in the squad. Additionally, up to three outstanding players who are completing their Higher School Certificate are selected each season to play for the club while living together in club-funded accommodation in Sydney. The club works closely with parents to ensure that the boys are supported away from the cricket field to adjust to city life.
