2026/27 Season Coaching Structure

The Executive Committee is pleased to present our complete coaching line-up for the 2026/27 NSW Premier Cricket campaign.

Head Coach: Dan Miles

We are excited to welcome Dan Miles as Head Coach for the upcoming season. Originally hailing from England, Dan previously represented Fairfield-Liverpool in 1st and 2nd Grade. Over the past 10 years, he has built an outstanding reputation in both club and private coaching, most recently as Club Coach at Lindfield. Dan brings fantastic tactical insight and enthusiasm to driving club-wide performance across all grades.

1st Grade & Pathway Leadership

• 1st Grade & Poidevin-Gray Shield (PGs) Coach: Paul McLean will take charge of 1st Grade while simultaneously leading our U21 PGs side, strengthening the pipeline between youth development and first-class grade cricket.

• A W Green Shield (U16) Coaches: Connor Hindmarch and Matt Nicholson return to lead our Green Shield program, building on their strong work with the club’s rising stars.

Senior Coaching Group

Terry Howes and Julian Stephenson are part of our core coaching group at main training sessions, bringing incredible knowledge and support to the squad.

Specialist Coaching

To complement main club sessions, targeted small-group specialist coaching run throughout the season:

• Batting: Ash Squires

• Fast Bowling: Matt Nicholson

• Wicketkeeping: Mark Atkinson
