Hearty congratulations are extended to Joel Pagano on his recent success at the U15 Australian Championships, held in Bunbury, Western Australia.
A very impressive fast bowling prospect, Joel captured 6 wickets in a NSW team that was desperately seeking to win their last game and the Championship. Unfortunately they lost the match by 2 runs to Victoria, after requiring just 9 runs off 3 overs and two wickets down. The glorious uncertainty of Cricket!
This was the culmination of an outstanding season for Joel, who also captured 12 wickets at an impressive average of 12 for the ‘Stags’ Green Shield team. Great news too that he is still eligible for another year at the U15 Championships level and two more seasons of Greenies.
